Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are concluded between Delta Driving SASU and any person (here in after the "Client") wishing to book a chauffeur-driven transport service ("Service") for themselves or on behalf of authorized passengers ("Passenger(s)").

Booking a Service with Delta Driving constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any conflicting terms proposed by the Client are unenforceable unless explicitly accepted in writing by Delta Driving.

Delta Driving reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of the confirmed reservation ("Booking").

2. Booking Process
Eligibility
Clients must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to contract. They are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided.

How to Book
Bookings can be made via phone, email, the website (www.deltadrivingparis.com), or any approved method. Phone bookings must be confirmed in writing.

Information required:

Pick-up and drop-off details (date, time, addresses)

Number of passengers

Special needs (mobility, luggage, animals)

Contact info

Desired vehicle type

Quote and Confirmation
Upon receiving a booking request, Delta Driving issues a quote. Any change to the initial information may affect pricing.

The contract is formed upon written confirmation of the quote by the Client.

3. Pricing and Payment
Prices
Prices are given in euros, all taxes included. They include:

Car service

Chauffeur service

Fuel

Insurance

VAT

baby seat (if necessary)

Excluded:

Road tolls, parking fees, access permits

Meals or accommodation for the driver (if applicable)

Special requests (e.g. drinks)

Extra Charges
Overtime and extra mileage (beyond quoted)

Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods: card, cash, wire transfer.
Clients may be asked to:

Provide a valid credit card and ID

Accept a symbolic debit or authorization for verification

4. Service Execution
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must comply with safety rules, including seatbelt use. Smoking and alcohol are prohibited. Delta Driving may refuse service to any disruptive or unsafe passenger.

Subcontracting
Delta Driving may subcontract services to certified partners.

Photos and Vehicles
Vehicle visuals are illustrative only and non-contractual.

Geolocation
By using the Service, the Client accepts the use of GPS tracking.

Luggage Policy
Limited to vehicle capacity. Oversized items are not accepted in the cabin. Delta Driving is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.

Passenger Capacity
Maximum passenger count must not exceed vehicle capacity.

Animals
Only small pets under 8 kg in closed carriers are allowed (limit: two).

5. Modifications and Cancellations

Policy

Transfert Service:
Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled time.
Beyond that, charges apply as following:

3h before: Free

3h-1h before: 50%

<1h or no-show: 100%

Car at Disposal, Guided Visited & Long Distance Services: Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled time. Beyond that, charges apply as following:

72h-48h before: 10%

48h-24h before: 50%

<24h or no-show: 100%

Coach services (>9 passengers):
72–48h before: 10%

48–24h before: 50%

<24h or no-show: 100%

Delta Driving may apply special conditions during peak periods. These will be stated in the quote.

6. Delays
Driver Delay
In case of delay, Delta Driving will contact the Client and propose alternatives. If no solution is found, reimbursement will not exceed the quoted Service amount.

Client DelayIf the waiting time exceeds 20 minutes, an additional hour will be charged at the hourly rate of a car at disposal. The driver will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time. Beyond that, the ride is considered a no-show, and fees will apply

7. Liability
Delta Driving complies with all regulations related to the transport of passengers.
All vehicles and drivers are appropriately licensed and insured.

Delta Driving holds professional liability insurance covering damages caused during Service execution (excluding client fault).

8. Damages
Clients are liable for any damage they or their passengers cause inside the vehicle.
Repair or cleaning fees will be charged accordingly.

9. Personal Data
Delta Driving collects and processes personal data in compliance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). Data includes:

Payment information

Ride history and GPS data

Data is used for:

Booking and billing

Safety and service follow-up

Marketing (with prior consent)

Retention
Data is stored for 3 years, then archived for legal purposes (up to 10 years).

Rights
Clients may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of their data at any time by contacting:

10. Intellectual Property
All content on www.deltadrivingparis.com (design, visuals, scripts, text) is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction or reuse is forbidden without written consent.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any related contracts are governed by French law.
In case of dispute:

Consumers: French courts have jurisdiction.

Professionals: Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Commercial Court of Paris.

If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses remain in full effect.

Important Notice
Passenger transport for payment is strictly regulated in France. Only authorized vehicles and certified drivers (VTC or licensed transport) may operate. Clients are warned against unlicensed operators who do not meet legal and safety standards.
