How does it work?

Our booking process is simple and transparent. You choose your service (transfer, car at disposal, long-distance, or guided visit), complete a short reservation form, and receive immediate confirmation. One of our professional drivers will be assigned to you, and you’ll be notified with full details prior to your ride.

What types of vehicles are available?

We offer a curated selection of high-end vehicles, including luxury sedans, SUVs, vans, and executive models. All vehicles are recent, clean, and equipped with premium amenities to ensure maximum comfort and discretion.

Are your services available outside Paris and Île-de-France?

Yes. While all our services depart exclusively from Paris or the Île-de-France region, we also provide long-distance transfers and cross-border services to major destinations across France and Europe.

Can I modify or cancel a ride?

You may cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

Between 3 hours and 1 hour prior to the service, a 50% refund of the total fare will be issued.

Less than 1 hour before the pick-up time, the cancellation is considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.

These conditions apply to all our services. Any modification request is subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team.

Are the drivers multilingual and professionally trained?

Yes. All of our chauffeurs speak at least French and English, and many are fluent in additional languages. They are professionally trained, discreet, punctual, and accustomed to high-standard clientele.
